When "Page sections" is toggled ON, the trace switches to edit mode. Each section is draggable, each column is resizable, and the arrangement can be edited directly on the page.

What this fixes (operator's #4 & #5):

Drag handle (left): click and drag to reorder sections vertically
Section toolbar (top center): move up/down, duplicate, delete
Column resize handle (between columns): drag to change column width %
% indicator (top right of column): shows current width
Inner section overlay label: visual indicator that the background has an overlay
Drop zones (green bars): appear between sections when dragging

Same UI vocabulary as the inspector: ✓ save, ✕ cancel, ⟳ revert, same accent color (#7c3aed).
